Our 30-day return promise
If you’re not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email support@meridianeastco.store with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply with a return authorization and instructions within one business day.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. If an item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost — just email us within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened. Any such exclusions are noted on the product page. Items showing signs of use or missing original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or declined.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.
