How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days of shipping. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you ship free?
Yes — standard shipping is free on all orders over $99. Orders under $99 ship at a flat $9.99. Large items such as playsets and swing sets may ship by freight; any oversized surcharge is shown at checkout before you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Every payment is processed over an encrypted, PCI-compliant connection — see our Payment & Security page.
Can I return an item?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return window on unused items in their original packaging. See Returns & Refunds for the full details and how to start a return.
Are your toys safe for young children?
Our toys are made from solid hardwoods and finished with non-toxic, water-based sealants, and meet U.S. toy safety standards. Each product lists its recommended age range on the product page — please follow it.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our U.S. facility to addresses across the United States. At this time we do not ship internationally.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships we email you a tracking number and a link. If you created an account at checkout you can also see tracking under your account’s order history.
Do you offer gift options?
Many of our items make excellent gifts. If you'd like an order sent without a receipt enclosed, just note it at checkout or email us.
